    What is the turnaround time on orders?
    Orders placed before 12pm Pacific time will ship the same day and be delivered within the continental US in 2 business days and 3 - 5 business days in Canada.
    What is your return policy?
    We offer a no questions asked 14-day return policy. Photo booth must be returned with no visible signs of wear. Customer is required to pay shipping on returned items.
    Do you offer financing?
    Yes, we offer financing at competitive rates and flexible terms in the United States and Canada.
    What are the monthly fees?
    Our photo booth software, Luna OS, is $50/license/month. There are no additional monthly fees.
    Can I cancel my software subscription?
    Yes, you can cancel at any time.
    What features are included in your software?
    Our Luna OS software includes popular features such as animated GIFs, Boomerangs, green screen photos, and sharing by email/SMS text.
    Can I use Darkroom or other 3rd party software?
    The Luna operates with Windows OS so you can use any application compatible with it.
    Where do I purchase printing supplies?
    There are many places where you can place an order. We recommend B&H Photo for reliability.
    How long does it take to setup the Luna at an event?
    It should take a single attendant no more than 5 minutes to setup the Luna.
    Do I need a cargo van or SUV to transport the Luna?
    No, the Luna will fit in the backseat or trunk of any passenger vehicle.
    Will I be trained in how to operate my Luna photo booth?
    Once your payment has been processed you’ll be provided access to our Support Portal which contains marketing materials, sample event contracts and best practises. If you need more help you can also book a one-on-one technical training session at no additional cost.
    What hours are your support?
    Standard support hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30 Pacific. Emergency after hours support is available 24/7.
    How light is the Luna?
    At only 35lbs the Luna is the lightest professional photo booth available.
  • What is Included with your Luna Photo Booth

    The Luna is a turnkey photo booth, meaning that it arrives ready to take to your first event. It includes all electronics (DSLR camera, computer, flash, etc…), travel/storage case for the photo booth and custom carry bags for the legs. If you’ve purchased a Printer Kit, it includes a custom travel/storage case and an initial supply of printing supplies. Our Luna OS photo booth software ($50/month subscription required) comes pre-installed, however the Luna is compatible with all major Windows based photo booth software.

  • Return Policy

    If you are dissatisfied with your Luna photo booth you may return it to TapSnap within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund, subject to the terms below.

    • Refund is for the total of purchase less the cost of shipping
    • All returned merchandise must be in the same condition as sold, with all included accessories. If condition differs, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.
    • We are not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
    • Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

    The Printer Kit includes a Luna printer table, a protective case for easy transportation and storage, a DNP DS620A Professional Photo Printer, and an initial box of printing supplies (will print up to 800 4 X 6 prints).

    The optional Luna Pro base includes an integrated printer shelf and front and back branding panels, making it ideal for marketing events. Manufactured from aircraft grade aluminum with a powder coat paint finish.
